After a successful inaugural edition that allowed over 150 participants across five cities to benefit from structured support, Ledda is relaunching its training program with an expanded ambition. The Ledda Academy is now open to a mixed audience, bringing together pastry and cooking enthusiasts looking to transform their skills into a genuine professional project.

Carried by the slogan “Success Has Its Own Flavor,” this initiative aims to provide an environment where culinary passion becomes a driver of economic independence. The program goes beyond technical learning: it offers a comprehensive pathway that combines mastery of professional techniques, entrepreneurship initiation, and the enhancement of individual creative realms.

The first edition has already made its mark. Several participants have chosen to continue their training, while others have joined the job market. In Casablanca, the winner even created her own catering service and secured her first orders, exemplifying the program’s mission: to help launch viable ventures built around passion.

For 2025, the Ledda Academy will expand into five major cities: Casablanca, Fez, Tangier, Marrakech, and Agadir. The workshops offered cover a wide range of topics, from refining pastry techniques to selecting professional equipment, as well as the use of digital tools. Instruction focused on project management and activity promotion complements these learnings.

The program also includes a strategic component designed to encourage entrepreneurship. Modules on digital marketing, personal branding, and content creation tailored for social media enable participants to structure their projects, position their offerings, and develop a clear and cohesive digital identity.

This new edition is part of a social impact approach. By promoting the professional integration and economic independence of young women and men, Ledda contributes to local development grounded in talent, individual initiative, and ambition.

The inaugural session took place on November 27 in Casablanca, in the presence of culinary content creator Halima El Filali. This event marked the launch of a program that combines creativity, technical learning, and entrepreneurial support.

As highlighted by Hind El Hannach, Marketing & CSR Director at Lesieur Cristal, the goal is to provide a solid framework to transform skills into concrete projects, aligned with market realities and personal aspirations. True to its mission “Serving the Earth,” Lesieur Cristal supports this initiative with the belief that success also stems from inclusive and collective projects. With the Ledda Academy, the company reaffirms its commitment to the talents that will build tomorrow’s initiatives.
