AXA Services Morocco unveiled, on the occasion of World Environment Day, the tangible results of its commitment to sustainable development.

By placing environmental responsibility at the heart of its development model, the company confirms its willingness to actively contribute to the ecological transition in Morocco, states a press release from AXA Services Morocco.

Between 2019 and 2024, AXA Services Morocco reduced its electricity consumption by 49%. This decrease reflects the effectiveness of the actions implemented to streamline energy use across all sites.

In 2024, the average consumption per employee is set at 461 kWh, compared to 1,329 kWh five years earlier. This progress is based on a combination of technological initiatives, optimization measures, and constant awareness among teams.

Water consumption has also seen a significant decrease, dropping from 23.6 liters per day per employee to just 9.6 liters. A reduction of 41% that reflects the rigor with which resources are now managed within AXA Services Morocco’s facilities.

This performance is part of a comprehensive environmental efficiency plan that goes well beyond energy savings.

ASM’s energy transition strategy is also making significant progress, with the installation of solar panels at the Kénitra and Techno 2 sites. The goal is for 16% of the energy consumed by the company to come from solar sources.

This initiative is part of a proactive approach aimed at gradually decarbonizing the company’s energy footprint.

At the same time, AXA Services Morocco is strengthening its sustainable waste management policy. Between 2022 and 2024, nearly eight tons of waste have been valorized, including six tons in 2024 alone.

This result is the fruit of sustained efforts in sorting, recycling, and structuring internal collection circuits, with cross-functional mobilization of teams.

These advances confirm a shared belief that ecological transition is a collective responsibility that relies on daily action.

By integrating environmental issues into its operations, AXA Services Morocco confirms its role as a committed player in building a more sustainable, resilient, and respectful future for natural balances.

The company will continue its efforts in the coming months, with a strong commitment to amplifying the impact of its actions. New initiatives are being studied to further enhance energy efficiency, increase waste valorization, and support employees in adopting eco-responsible behaviors.
