The General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) has awarded its CSR label to Axa Services Morocco and renewed it for the company Novec, following the meeting of its Label Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Attribution Committee.

The awarding of this label recognizes the commitment of these companies to CSR and their consideration of the expectations of their internal and external stakeholders in their policies, the Confederation stated in a press release.

It is part of a continuous improvement process of practices for the sustainability and strengthening of achievements.

As a reminder, the CGEM CSR label aims to encourage Moroccan companies to adopt a comprehensive approach by taking into account economic, environmental, and social imperatives in their management strategy.

It is granted by the presidency of the CGEM for three years based on the advice of an Attribution Committee following a managerial evaluation conducted by one of the independent expert third parties accredited by the Confederation.

Furthermore, the renewal is done under the same conditions with a higher level of requirements than the previous evaluation.
