The 18th edition of the International Agriculture Salon in Morocco (SIAM) will be held from April 20 to 28 in Meknes, featuring an extended nine-day format, centered around the theme of “Sustainability of Animal Production and Food Sovereignty.”

Held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the 18th SIAM edition will honor Portugal and extend its duration to nine days, reflecting its significant success among both professionals and the general public, as stated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests in a press release.

The Salon will open its doors from April 20 to 28, 2026, for professionals, and from April 22 to 28, 2026, for the general public, according to the same source.

Continuing the recent themes that highlight the sustainability and resilience challenges faced by the agricultural sector, SIAM 2026 will showcase the progress in animal production sectors concerning animal health and welfare, food safety, and the economic and zootechnical performance of livestock.

Since its inception, the Salon has established itself as a key event in the agricultural calendar, both nationally and internationally. It serves as a convergence space where decision-makers, economic players, professionals, local stakeholders, and international partners meet.

For this 18th edition, SIAM aims to welcome nearly 1,500 exhibitors, 70 participating countries, and organize more than 40 conferences.
