Teleperformance’s commitment to corporate social responsibility has once again been recognized at the highest level. The company has received, for the fourth time, the CSR Label from CGEM, thus consolidating its position among the most committed employers in the Kingdom in terms of social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
A long-term commitment
First labeled in 2009 (under the identity Phone Group), Teleperformance Morocco has since pursued a structured CSR approach based on five key pillars: inclusion and diversity, well-being at work, skills development, community engagement, and ecological transition.
The award ceremony, held in Casablanca on June 26, 2025, was presided over by Mr. Chakib Alj, president of CGEM, and Ms. Saadia Slaoui Bennani, president of the CSR & Diversity Commission.
Inclusion, well-being, and training at the heart of priorities
Among the most notable advances is an ambitious action plan for people with disabilities: adapted recruitment, awareness-raising actions, specific workplace adjustments, and accessibility diagnostics. In 2024, this program was strengthened by the signing of an agreement with the Ministry of Solidarity, expanding inclusion to people in difficult situations.
Well-being at work is also a priority. The internal program Feel Good organized over 60 thematic days in 2024, covering topics from yoga to stress management, nutrition, and creativity. More than 10,000 participations were recorded, confirming the strong interest of employees in these initiatives.
On the training side, the TP Academy, an internal skills development platform, plays a driving role. Thanks to it, more than 18,000 employees have been trained on essential topics such as cybersecurity, compliance, and soft skills, with the support of a community of dedicated coaches.
A tangible social and environmental contribution
Teleperformance’s societal impact is also reflected in more than 30 solidarity actions carried out in partnership with 14 associations across the Kingdom. In total, over 1,300 women and 700 children have benefited from these targeted actions.
On the environmental side, the COTP (Citizen of the Planet) program has enabled a 68% reduction in CO₂ emissions since 2019, thanks to a series of concrete measures implemented across all the group’s sites in Morocco.
