The Moroccan agency Tactical Tactics, specializing in international business development, has announced a groundbreaking partnership with the Dar Si Hmad Foundation, a pioneer in fog water collection and sustainable development in southern Morocco. This alliance marks the first official integration of a CSR dimension (Corporate Social Responsibility) into the agency’s commercial activities, paving the way for a new approach to international business that is more ethical and rooted in the community.

A Bridge between Economy and Ecology

With this agreement, Tactical Tactics becomes the official representative of the Dar Si Hmad Foundation in the North American market, enabling foreign industrial players—particularly in the textile sector—to connect their economic operations in Morocco with concrete social and environmental actions. “Our clients use local resources and now want to actively contribute to the country that hosts them,” explains Dikra Ait Nacere, General Director of Tactical Tactics. “With Dar Si Hmad, we offer them a clear and measurable solution: investing in projects related to water, agriculture, and ecology. It is a responsible way to create shared value.”

By partnering with the Moroccan foundation known for its innovative initiatives, the agency emphasizes a strong belief: the future of ‘Made in Morocco’ must be as social as it is economic, balancing profitability with environmental impact.

A Strategic Industrial Agreement with Modatric

In line with this vision, Tactical Tactics has also signed a five-year exclusive agreement with Modatric, a Moroccan industrial company specialized in knitwear. This partnership targets the American and Canadian markets, aiming to promote Moroccan textile expertise and strengthen exports in this sector, renowned for its creativity and quality.

A Hybrid Moroccan Model

By sealing these two partnerships, Tactical Tactics lays the groundwork for a hybrid Moroccan model, where business and social responsibility do not oppose but instead mutually enrich each other. This approach aligns with the new expectations of international markets, where economic performance, sustainability, and community engagement become inseparable.

The signing ceremony, attended by institutional actors and industrial partners, symbolizes a significant evolution in the positioning of Moroccan companies internationally: a Morocco that exports not only its expertise but also its values.
