Ranked eighth globally in the Climate Performance Index (CCPI 2025) presented at COP29 in Baku, Morocco confirms its position as a leader in the fight against climate change. This momentum is illustrated through the hosting of the **Green Impact Expo & Summit 2025**, which will take place from February 11 to 13, 2025, at Anfa Park, Casablanca. This major event aims to redefine the priorities of sustainable mobility in Africa and the region.

**A framework for innovation and collaboration for greener mobility**
Organized under the auspices of several key ministries – Industry, Energy Transition, Transport, and Digital Transition – the summit aims to be a space for exchanges between public, private, and citizen actors. It seeks to transform major climate ambitions, notably those of the NDC 3.0 cycle launched at COP29, into concrete actions.

Discussions will focus on essential levers such as regulation, financing, digitalization, and technologies, with a focus on innovation to strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of economic actors. The summit will also highlight monitoring and networking tools to promote long-term collaborative dynamics.

    **An inclusive and international platform**
The collaborative approach of the summit brings together actors from the public and private sectors, civil society, academia, and technology. France, as the guest country, reflects the historical ties and shared commitment with Morocco towards sustainable transition. Leading partners, such as the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Canada, China, and Sweden, will contribute their respective expertise.

**Strengthening the African ecosystem of sustainable mobility**
Rooted in Africa, the Green Impact Expo & Summit aims to become a hub for exchanges and cooperation between advanced countries and those on the continent. The event relies on strategic partners such as the CDG Group, Huawei, Alsa, Casa Transports, and the City of Casablanca, to promote innovative solutions for decarbonized mobility.

**An ambition supported by the CESE and civil society**
The Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE) plays a central role in developing the scientific program, ensuring an inclusive approach aligned with societal expectations. This contribution aims to make the summit an essential meeting point to accelerate the transition towards greener, more resilient, and competitive mobility.

With such synergy, the Green Impact Expo & Summit 2025 establishes itself as a catalyst for change, reinforcing Morocco’s role as a regional model and key player in the decarbonization of transport.
