Accredited firms include Certi Trust, Bureau Veritas, Targetup Consulting, KPMG, and SGS Morocco, the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) stated in a press release, recalling that this label was launched in May 2025 to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in adopting and structuring their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The selection was based on criteria including expertise in CSR, mastery of national and international CSR frameworks, as well as independence and methodological rigor.

This accreditation aligns with the Confederation’s goal of ensuring a transparent, reliable evaluation process that adheres to international best practices, the same source emphasizes.

It will guarantee the quality and credibility of the Responsible SME Label, designed to enhance the sustainability, competitiveness, and attractiveness of Moroccan SMEs, while highlighting their contribution to the country’s economic and social development.

Through this initiative, the CGEM reaffirms its commitment to support Moroccan enterprises, particularly SMEs, in implementing responsible practices that create shared value.
