Aziz Akhannouch, Head of Government, representing His Majesty King Mohammed VI, presented Morocco’s experience in climate adaptation during the High-Level Segment of Heads of State and Government. He emphasized the progress made by the Kingdom in decarbonization, promoting renewable energies, and reducing the carbon footprint, efforts that reflect the strategic vision outlined by His Majesty.

Kholoud Kahime, president of the International Research and Capacity Building Center at Cadi Ayyad University, expressed her satisfaction with the initiatives presented, stating that Morocco is a pioneer in adaptation and energy transition. Karim Anegay, coordinator of IPAM, highlighted the intensity of the pavilion’s program, allowing for the promotion of Moroccan work on an international scale.
