Epson takes a new step in its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR). Two of its production sites, Epson Precision (Philippines), Inc. (EPPI) and Epson Precision Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (EPMY), have received the prestigious Platinum recognition under the Validated Assessment Program (VAP) of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA). This distinction, awarded after rigorous audits conducted by certified third-party companies, reflects Epson’s commitment to responsible practices on a global scale.

Since joining the RBA in 2019, Epson has committed to meeting the highest standards in CSR. VAP audits assess companies’ compliance in essential areas such as labor practices, health and safety, environmental standards, and ethics. The two awarded sites achieved a perfect score of 200 while addressing all observations identified during the inspections.

Epson has also achieved similar results at several other strategic sites in Indonesia, Thailand, and China, demonstrating the global alignment of its operations with responsible standards.

These performances strengthen the trust of customers and partners in products that embody not only technological excellence but also values of sustainability and respect for human rights.
