The fourth edition of the International Exhibition of Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Refrigeration, and Heating, REFRIGAIR EXPO, held from May 20 to 22, 2025, in Casablanca, was a resounding success, according to the Moroccan Association of Cold Professionals (AMPF) & Smart Expos.

Over three days, this exhibition, initiated under the theme “Cold, a socio-economic vector for development & energy efficiency,” brought together key players in refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating, in a spirit of exchange, innovation, and cooperation, states a press release from the organizers.

With more than 5,000 professional visitors and 120 exhibitors, REFRIGAIR EXPO 2025 confirms its position as a strategic continental platform.

Companies and delegations from Turkey, France, Spain, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, China, and India contributed to the international prominence of the exhibition, demonstrating global interest in the Moroccan and African refrigeration market.

The scientific program of REFRIGAIR EXPO 2025 was rich and engaging, structured around five thematic panels that allowed for discussions on major issues in the sector.

These included the role of refrigeration in strategic sectors (agri-food, health, industry, construction), refrigerants and regulatory transition, energy efficiency and eco-performing technologies, standards, certification and compliance, in addition to new labeling and energy performance obligations.

High-level national and international speakers, technical experts, industry professionals, trainers, and institutional representatives enriched the discussions.

The exhibition also featured the organization of training sessions & workshops at the REFRIGAIR EXPO technology lounge, focusing on technological innovations in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, service and maintenance 4.0, reliability and energy efficiency in chilled water installations, smoke extraction and air treatment, as well as minimum energy performance and labeling of air conditioners.

REFRIGAIR EXPO 2025 was an opportunity to strengthen public-private synergies, encourage training, promote innovation, and open promising perspectives for South-South cooperation and sustainable energy transition.
