Bel Maroc successfully concluded the 2024 edition of its solidarity initiative “Days for Good.” A total of 258 employees dedicated 1589 hours of work to 15 non-profit organizations, carrying out 20 activities benefiting over 1000 recipients.

During this edition, Bel Maroc indeed put into practice its values of solidarity and commitment through various concrete actions held from June 24 to July 4, 2024. This initiative, in line with the company’s corporate social responsibility policy, is part of Bel’s international program “Actors for Good.”

The 2024 edition of “Days for Good” mobilized 258 volunteer employees around 20 solidarity actions, supporting 15 associations and NGOs. In addition to volunteer work, Bel Maroc also contributed through material and in-kind donations, as well as gifts for beneficiary children.

“We are proud to have, for the third consecutive year, mobilized a large number of our employees around actions with a positive impact and to have offered nearly 1600 hours of work to support vulnerable communities in several regions of the Kingdom,” said Ludovic Flateau, General Director of Bel Maroc.

The 258 employees from the industrial site in Tangier, the logistics platform in Mohammedia, and the headquarters in Casablanca dedicated 1589 hours to causes such as access to food, aid to vulnerable children, and environmental protection. Among the actions carried out: distributing meals to 500 homeless people with the Jood association, visiting and supporting patients at the Mohammed VI hospitals in Tangier and Ibn Rochd in Casablanca, maintenance and gardening work in rural schools, underwater and beach cleaning in Dalia, cleaning the Bouskoura forest, and organizing a football tournament in a rural school in the North.

A team of volunteers also went to an isolated village in the High Atlas to support the residents and present them with a check from the Bel Foundation, intended to finance the installation of a water pumping system.

With “Days for Good,” Bel Maroc provides its employees with a conducive framework to act for positive change and facilitates their engagement with associations to help vulnerable people. “Days for Good” is a solidarity initiative of the Bel Group, carried out in several countries, which encourages employees to undertake solidarity actions for the benefit of local communities. This program, “Actors for Good,” encourages employees to become agents of change by creating a positive impact around them and in their communities.
