In line with its “Human First” policy, Concentrix Morocco has launched Noor, a social support program aimed at the families of deceased employees or those who have become disabled. This initiative, carried out in partnership with the Al Jisr association, reflects the company’s concrete commitment to placing social responsibility at the heart of its culture.

The program provides educational and financial support for the children for two years, as well as a training and professional integration pathway for the spouse, to promote sustainable autonomy. According to the company, Noor “illustrates our desire to extend support from professional life into personal life, by assisting families during difficult times.”

For Redouane Mabchour, General Manager of Concentrix Maghreb, “Noor symbolizes our understanding of human responsibility: caring for those who continue to carry forward the memory and values of our employees, beyond the professional sphere. It is a light we ignite together, a gesture of solidarity, dignity, and humanity.”
