CIH Bank, in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), is organizing an entrepreneurship and innovation bootcamp aimed at young Moroccan entrepreneurs, project holders, and freelancers. The event will take place on December 19 and 20, 2025 at LionsGeek Casablanca, a fully privatized space dedicated to hosting this initiative.

This bootcamp is part of the regional Youth in Business program of the EBRD, which aims to support the new generation of entrepreneurs through practical training, mentoring, and operational assistance tailored to the needs of project holders.

An Intensive Program Focused on Practice

Designed as an immersive format over two days, the bootcamp will offer participants interactive workshops led by local and international experts, practical sessions on strategy, management, leadership, and innovation, as well as personalized support around key entrepreneurial skills.

Participants will also benefit from networking sessions with banking professionals, investors, and key players in the Moroccan entrepreneurial ecosystem, allowing them to expand their networks and identify new opportunities.

Developed in collaboration with AI in Africa, the program draws on proven methodologies from the EBRD, already implemented in several countries, particularly in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

    Ongoing Commitment to Young Entrepreneurs

CIH Bank, a major player in the national entrepreneurial ecosystem, will leverage its expertise and structured support to provide participants with a comprehensive learning experience focused on the concrete development of their projects.

This initiative continues the support provided by the EBRD to young Moroccan entrepreneurs. In 2023, the European Bank granted CIH Bank a €20 million loan, aimed at facilitating access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises owned or managed by young project holders.

    Supporting Innovation and Entrepreneurial Spirit

Through this bootcamp, CIH Bank and the EBRD reaffirm their shared commitment to enhancing managerial skills, fostering innovation, and facilitating young entrepreneurs’ access to the tools, networks, and opportunities necessary for the success of their projects.

This initiative contributes to the development of an inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Morocco, aligning with national priorities in employment, innovation, and economic growth.
