The General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) has awarded its CSR label to Axa Services Morocco and renewed it for the company Novec, following a meeting of its Label Committee for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The granting of this label highlights the commitment of these companies to CSR and their consideration of the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders in their policies, the Confederation stated in a press release.

This initiative is part of a continuous improvement process for practices aimed at ensuring sustainability and enhancing achievements.

As a reminder, the CGEM’s CSR label aims to encourage Moroccan companies to adopt a comprehensive approach that takes into account economic, environmental, and social imperatives in their management strategies.

It is granted by the presidency of the CGEM for three years based on the recommendation of an awarding committee following a managerial assessment conducted by one of the independent accredited experts recognized by the Confederation.

Moreover, the renewal occurs under the same conditions but with a higher level of expectations than the previous evaluation.
