The Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) Group has achieved the international certification ISO 37001 – 2025 version, following an audit conducted from July 21 to 25 by Certi-Trust. This distinction recognizes the Group’s Anti-Corruption Management System (ACMS) for its compliance with international standards and affirms its ongoing commitment to transparency and good governance.

The certification reinforces an already solidly structured prevention system within the banking group. Central to its institutional strategy, the fight against corruption engages both administrative and management bodies, reflecting a clear intention to instill a culture of integrity at all levels of governance.

The ACMS of the BCP Group is based on several fundamental pillars: a corruption prevention policy approved by the Board of Directors and disseminated to all stakeholders; a regularly updated risk mapping; an internal and external alert system ensuring confidentiality and protection for whistleblowers; as well as a conflict of interest management mechanism supported by training and awareness initiatives. These elements are complemented by a structured communication program and a control system ensuring continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the system.

According to the Group’s management, this certification illustrates the collective mobilization of teams and their commitment to high standards of professional ethics. It is part of a continuous improvement process aimed at strengthening the trust of partners and clients while aligning the Group’s practices with the best international standards for governance and compliance.

Through this recognition, BCP confirms its intention to embody ethical, sustainable, and responsible finance, in line with national ambitions for economic transparency and institutional accountability.
