The World Future Energy Summit 2025 (WFES 2025) opened on Tuesday in Abu Dhabi for three days of discussions on clean energy and sustainability, bringing together political leaders, experts, academics, and private sector stakeholders.

The Global Future Energy Summit 2025 will explore key themes such as water security, green finance, and strategies to achieve carbon neutrality. It will also provide the opportunity to interact directly with experts and influential figures in the fields of renewable energy, clean technologies, and policy-making, and will give access to the latest innovative products for a more sustainable future.

The event also offers a platform to showcase the latest developments in renewable energy, green hydrogen, artificial intelligence, climate technology, circular economy principles, green finance, and sustainable cities.

The summit sessions will focus on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in optimizing energy efficiency, securing supplies, and reducing emissions. They will also address issues related to climate change, water resource management, waste management, and the design of smart cities. Emphasis will be placed on real-time applications of AI, particularly for streamlining and optimizing urban traffic management.
