From October 9 to 11, Casablanca will host the 3rd edition of Garden Expo Africa, the major continental event dedicated to landscaping, urban development, and sports design. Organized by R2H Communication, the event is at the intersection of several national dynamics: the Sustainable Development Strategy, the New Development Model, and the infrastructure plans for the 2030 World Cup, all outlined in the Royal Vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

Reinventing the African City of Tomorrow

With over 100 exhibitors and a rich series of conferences, the expo invites reflection around three pillars:

    • Green: the green city as a lever for public health and the circular economy.
    • Smart: the use of digital technologies for intelligent and sustainable management.
    • Safe: strengthening urban resilience in the face of climatic and environmental challenges.

Architects, urban planners, industry leaders, researchers, and public decision-makers will share their visions to imagine more inclusive, innovative African cities that meet future challenges.

    A Platform for African Cooperation

Supported by the Moroccan Association of Landscape Architects (AAPM), IFLA Africa, and several international scientific institutions, Garden Expo Africa is establishing itself as a strategic space for dialogue and partnership. The expo aims to facilitate the convergence of public and private initiatives, attract investments, and accelerate the transformation of cities across the continent.

“The ambition is clear: to make African cities engines of growth, places of well-being, and models of resilience,” the organizers emphasize.

As the first B2B exhibition in Africa entirely dedicated to landscaping and urban development, Garden Expo Africa brings together decision-makers, investors, and project leaders from various countries each year. For Casablanca, which aspires to be the African capital of sustainable cities, the 2025 edition serves as a showcase for the future.
