On the occasion of the Week of Quality of Life at Work, Renault Group announces the global deployment of its comprehensive health program OneHealth, designed to provide its employees with equitable and personalized access to physical and mental care.

The program includes free health assessments, a wellness app, teleconsultations, 24/7 psychological assistance, and a network of medical centers close to workplaces. Some services are also available to household members.

Already extended to 95% of the group’s workforce, OneHealth aims for full coverage by September 2025. “This program goes beyond traditional social commitment: it embodies our vision of sustainable, inclusive performance that respects human balances,” said Bruno Laforge, the group’s HR Director.

The initiative also incorporates a local dimension, as in India, where a health center tailored to regional challenges has recently opened.
