The OCP group reaffirmed its commitment to **sustainable development and the empowerment of rural women** during an event organized by the **Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations**, currently taking place in New York.

    ### **Concrete initiatives for African women farmers**

Zineb Benjelloun, **Head of Social Impact** at OCP, highlighted the group’s actions to strengthen the role of women in agriculture, particularly in Africa. **The goal: to ensure them better access to resources and economic opportunities.**

Through several flagship programs, OCP supports women farmers through:

    – **Agribooster**: support for smallholders to improve agricultural yields,
    – **Maison des Femmes**: a space dedicated to training and supporting rural women,
    – **ElleMoutmir**: a program supporting agricultural innovation and the inclusion of women,
    – **Act4Community**: a local development initiative promoting economic empowerment.

With these actions, OCP confirms its commitment to a **more inclusive and sustainable agriculture**, placing women at the heart of the sector’s transformation.
