### A Solidarity Alliance for Sustainable Impact

On February 10, 2025, in Casablanca, **SOS Children’s Villages Morocco** and **Fromageries Bel Morocco** officially announced a partnership around a solidarity initiative of **product-sharing**. The goal is clear: to combat food inequalities by offering **up to one million portions of cheese** or their equivalent in financial donations to communities in need.

Through this operation, which will run from mid-February until the end of Ramadan, **Fromageries Bel Morocco** commits to donating one portion of cheese for every eight sold (or its equivalent in cash) from each box of **La Vache qui rit For Good**. An initiative that combines solidarity and civic engagement, as explained by **Leila Aggadi, Marketing and Communication Director of Fromageries Bel Morocco**:
*”We want not only to provide concrete help to vulnerable populations but also to encourage our consumers to adopt a solidarity-based purchase.”*

### La Vache qui rit For Good: A Strong Societal Commitment

For several years, **Fromageries Bel Morocco** has made it a point to strengthen its social impact through targeted initiatives. **La Vache qui rit For Good** embodies this commitment, relying on a **Brand Social Responsibility (BSR)** approach that promotes mutual aid and generosity.

This commitment is also reflected in **a continuous collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages Morocco** around structural projects:

– **Food donations** to ensure a supply of calcium and micronutrients to children cared for by the NGO.
– **Educational and material support**, including the distribution of school supplies.
– **Involvement of Bel Morocco employees** in volunteer actions for the children of SOS Villages.
– **Post-earthquake initiatives**, including drilling wells in the El Haouz and Taroudant regions to support local populations.

### Fromageries Bel Morocco: Beyond Cheese, An Engaged Actor

A key player in the Moroccan agri-food industry, **Fromageries Bel Morocco** employs **1,300 people** across its **Tanger factory**, **Mohammedia logistics platform**, and **headquarters in Casablanca**. Its commitment goes beyond production, with targeted actions to support its ecosystem and protect the environment.

Since 2019, the company has been developing **the INAYA program**, which evolved in 2024 into **Tafawouk by Inaya**, a project combining **health coverage for partner merchants** and **educational support for their children**.

Ecologically, **Fromageries Bel Morocco** invested **30 million dirhams in 2024** to implement a **biomass boiler** at its Tanger site. This initiative aims for **an annual reduction of 3,200 tons of CO₂** and is part of the **Bel Group’s carbon neutrality strategy by 2025**.

With this renewed commitment alongside **SOS Children’s Villages Morocco**, **Fromageries Bel Morocco** reaffirms its role as a responsible company, placing solidarity and sustainability at the heart of its mission.
