The National Company of Highways of Morocco (ADM) and **Operation Smile Morocco (OSM)** organized, on December 20 and 21, a dental care caravan for the students of the **Melloussa School Group**, located in the Fahs-Anjra province. This initiative, part of a corporate social responsibility approach, combined oral health with moments of joy for the children.

**A mission rich in actions and impacts**

During this operation, **366 children** benefited from consultations, treatments, and dental extractions. In total, more than **1,574 dental procedures** were performed by a team of volunteer professionals. At the same time, a **festive fair** was organized to create a friendly atmosphere, including fun workshops, educational games, and performances. This integrated approach allowed for the combination of awareness of oral health and recreational activities, thus providing a complete experience for the children.

**ADM: a committed actor for communities**

Since 2008, ADM has been conducting the **J/Young Hopes** program in partnership with the Ministry of National Education. This program aims to improve the infrastructure of schools near highways and to raise awareness among young people about essential issues such as road safety, sustainable development, and school health. Medical caravans, like the one organized in Melloussa, fully align with this approach, illustrating ADM’s commitment as a civic-minded company.

**Operation Smile Morocco: 25 years of service to disadvantaged children**

Under the Honorary Presidency of Princess Lalla Meryem, **Operation Smile Morocco** celebrates its **25th anniversary** this year. Dedicated to supporting children suffering from facial deformities (cleft lips and palates) and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, the organization continues to bring hope and well-being through missions like this one.

This collaboration with ADM is another illustration of its impact, with more than **1,500 dental procedures performed**. It also demonstrates a shared commitment to transforming lives and supporting vulnerable communities in the Kingdom.

**An initiative bringing smiles and hope**

This dental caravan reflects the ongoing commitment of ADM and Operation Smile Morocco to improve the living conditions of children, while strengthening their efforts in favor of the areas crossed by the highway network. A mission that goes beyond care, aiming to restore smiles to hundreds of young people by changing their daily lives.
