### Strengthened Coordination at All Levels
The Walis and governors of the affected provinces have been called to ensure constant monitoring of the situation and to implement proactive measures to alleviate the difficulties faced by the population. This mobilization is part of the national winter plan 2024-2025, which aims to expand coverage to **185 additional douars**, bringing the total number to **2,014 douars**, spread across **241 municipalities** in **28 prefectures and provinces**, affecting an estimated population of **872,778 inhabitants**.
### Concrete Actions on the Ground
To effectively respond to the needs of vulnerable populations, a **Monitoring and Control Center** has been established at the Ministry of the Interior, along with **provincial monitoring committees**, to ensure a rapid and effective intervention.
The main measures deployed include:
– **Supply of essential goods**, heating means, and livestock feed,
– **Mobilization of snow removal equipment**, strategically placed near threatened roadways,
– **Distribution of humanitarian aid**, including blankets, firewood, and food supplies,
– **Maintenance of communication networks and road access**, to prevent isolation of enclosed areas,
– **Emergency interventions** for populations most exposed to extreme conditions.
