The Central Popular Bank Group (BCP) has obtained the international certification ISO 37001 – version 2025, following an audit conducted from July 21 to July 25 by the Certi-Trust firm. This distinction recognizes the conformity of the Group’s Anti-Corruption Management System (ACMS) to international standards and underscores its ongoing commitment to transparency and good governance.
The certification strengthens an already solid prevention framework within the banking group. Central to the institutional strategy, the fight against corruption engages both administrative and management bodies, reflecting a clear desire to establish a culture of integrity at all levels of governance.
The ACMS of BCP is built on several fundamental pillars: an anti-corruption policy validated by the Board of Directors and disseminated to all stakeholders; a regularly updated risk mapping; an internal and external alert system ensuring confidentiality and protection for whistleblowers; as well as a conflict of interest management mechanism supported by training and awareness initiatives. Additionally, it includes a structured communication program and a control system ensuring continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the framework.
According to the Group’s management, this certification illustrates the collective mobilization of teams and their adherence to high standards of professional ethics. It is part of a continuous improvement process aimed at reinforcing the trust of partners and clients, while aligning the Group’s practices with the best international norms regarding governance and compliance.
