OCP recently strengthened its partnerships with Nigeria, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Kenya during a parallel event at the 2024 United Nations High-Level Political Forum, aimed at promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Africa.

Mostafa Terrab, CEO of OCP, emphasized the importance of the continent’s self-sufficiency in fertilizer production to ensure food security and drive a green revolution. He highlighted the significance of effective management of Africa’s natural resources to achieve these goals.

Discussions with experts and policymakers were at the heart of the event, shedding light on strategies for a sustainable and resilient future in Africa. These exchanges helped consolidate OCP’s commitments to sustainable development and the prosperity of the continent.
