Société Générale Morocco participates in the International Agricultural Show in Morocco (SIAM) which will take place from April 22 to 28. This major event offers an essential platform for exchanges among key players in the agricultural sector. On this occasion, Société Générale Morocco will highlight its commitment to energy transition, particularly through its innovative offering, the “Solar Pack.”
This turnkey solution provides a concrete response to the environmental and energy challenges faced by businesses and institutions. By promoting the installation of photovoltaic panels for its corporate and institutional clients, it allows its agricultural clients to benefit from a clean and more economical alternative energy source.

In a resolutely innovative approach, the bank supports its clients at all stages of their project, from identifying needs to implementing tailored financing solutions. This offering includes the following elements:

 A connection with top-tier contracted partners, providing customer service at the highest market standards. These partners are carefully selected to participate in the implementation of the “Solar Pack.”
 Competitive financing solutions tailored to the client’s needs. Société Générale Morocco offers either traditional financing, in the form of a loan or lease to the client, or a third-party financing option provided by the partner.
 Effective client support with structured interactions between Société Générale Morocco, the client, and the partner, ensuring the speed and quality of project execution and allowing the client to have a clear view of the steps in its realization.

As part of the “Solar Pack” offering, each participant has a well-defined role:

Société Générale Morocco assumes the following functions:
 Originates projects by providing its clients with initial support, including a first simulation of the theoretical feasibility and profitability potential of the project, as well as a connection with partners.
 Participates in financing projects, either directly with the client or through the partner for projects where the investment is borne by the latter.
 The partner, for its part, takes charge of and supports the client, conducts the necessary studies, and offers a personalized contract based on the client’s needs. This may include the sale of a turnkey solar plant or the conclusion of a long-term electricity supply lease contract.

“In line with our strategy, the Solar Pack offering embodies a responsible and innovative solution aimed at meeting the demands of our clients, whether they are large companies or SMEs, who seek concrete support in their commitment to the environment. By relying on the expertise of our teams and that of our partners, we are able to guide our clients in their CSR approach as well as in the realization of their energy transition projects to the highest international standards.” Youssef ADOUAN, Head of Corporate Banking BU.
