The Chinese group Ailong Technology, a private player in the wind energy sector, is set to inaugurate its first international production unit in the city of Nador. This project marks a strategic milestone for the Asian industrialist, who has chosen northeastern Morocco to begin its establishment outside its borders.

    An ambitious production capacity

The factory, whose construction is in the finalization phase, aims for an annual production of 750 sets of blades, each measuring 87.5 meters long. This industrial site represents a significant advancement for the region, with a modern infrastructure designed to meet the most demanding environmental standards.

    Eco-responsible design and digital monitoring

From its conception, the project has been aligned with a sustainable logic: the materials used have a low carbon footprint, while an intelligent environmental monitoring system has been integrated. The energy management of the site will rely on a dedicated digital platform, optimizing resource consumption. As for industrial waste, its treatment will be entrusted to certified service providers, in accordance with current environmental regulations.

A mixed construction site in the finishing phase

On-site, a mixed Moroccan and Chinese workforce is working to finalize the production lines inside the hangars. Outside, the development work continues, particularly in the storage areas. The official launch of the factory is scheduled before the end of May.
