Morocco takes a new step towards a sustainable economy thanks to financial support of 168 million euros granted by the European Union. This funding aims to accelerate the country’s energy transition by financing projects related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, and the decarbonization of industry. This strategic partnership is part of the European Green Deal and the Action Plan for the Mediterranean, thereby strengthening cooperation between Morocco and the EU in the fight against climate change.
