As part of its efforts to promote sustainable urban development, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) recently inaugurated a new research center, the Sustainable Real Estate Innovation Lab (SuRE In Lab). This center, led by Professor Carlo Alberini, will focus on innovation and socio-economic urban development, with a particular emphasis on sustainability.

The SuRE In Lab aims to conduct advanced research in the field of sustainability, exploring innovative solutions to improve practices in real estate and urban infrastructure. According to sources close to the matter, this center is part of a strategic approach aimed at supporting the transition to more resilient and environmentally friendly cities, while promoting inclusive and responsible development.
