The Provincial Committee for Human Development (CPDH) of Nador validated 44 projects during its last meeting, with a total investment of over 16.72 million dirhams (MDH). These ambitious initiatives aim to boost the local economy while promoting social inclusion.

    **A balanced distribution**

Among these projects, 15 are led by cooperatives and 29 are aimed at self-employed individuals and small businesses. They cover various strategic sectors, including agriculture, crafts, commerce, services, fishing, tourism, and transport. These initiatives reflect a desire to diversify the local economy and strengthen its resilience.

    **A rigorous selection**

The meeting, chaired by the governor of the province, Jamal Chaarani, examined 59 project proposals. Among these, 26 were related to the social and solidarity economy, while 33 focused on entrepreneurship. These strategic choices reflect the commitment of the INDH to support projects that create added value for the region.

    **Economic and social inclusion**

These projects are part of the third program of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), focused on improving incomes and the economic inclusion of young people. The main objective is to strengthen entrepreneurial skills while supporting local initiatives that foster economic and social dynamics.

The program also emphasizes the economic empowerment of women and people with disabilities, thereby contributing to better socio-economic integration of beneficiaries. “These projects are essential to support young people and local actors in their development,” emphasized an INDH official.

    **Towards sustainable and inclusive development**

The INDH reaffirms its commitment to sustainable and inclusive development by collaborating with local actors to create a strengthened economic dynamic and better social cohesion. These 44 projects illustrate a concrete desire to transform the economic and social realities of the province of Nador while promoting fair and solidarity-based growth.
