Intelcia, a global leader in outsourcing, has unveiled its CSR report for 2023, highlighting strategic initiatives that integrate social and environmental responsibility into its operations. Through this document, the group reaffirms its vision focused on economic excellence combined with a positive impact on its employees, communities, and the environment.

On the human side, Intelcia invests in the development of its talents through programs such as Intelcia Academy and Intelcia University. In 2023, each employee benefited from an average of 56 hours of training, including technical skills and topics related to well-being. The HIPO (High Potentials) program has also been launched to support high-potential employees towards strategic positions. Furthermore, Intelcia promotes equal opportunities, with 57% of women in its workforce, including 39% in top management, and initiatives strengthening the inclusion of people with disabilities.

The group also stands out for its commitment to local communities, with 4,400 employees mobilized in 74 community projects in 2023, reaching over 11,600 beneficiaries through donations, awareness campaigns, and training.

On the environmental side, Intelcia has undertaken measures to quantify its greenhouse gas emissions and commits to a low-carbon trajectory starting in 2024. Concrete actions, such as recycling 100% of IT equipment in certain regions and a campaign to plant 10,000 trees in Morocco, demonstrate its ambition to reduce its ecological footprint.

In terms of governance, Intelcia has strengthened its systems with ESG committees to oversee projects related to ethics, anti-corruption, and responsible purchasing. The launch of the IntegrityCounts platform illustrates this commitment to transparency, allowing stakeholders to report any non-compliant behavior.

In 2023, Intelcia generated a revenue of 734 million euros, with a customer retention rate of 90%. Its integration of artificial intelligence through E-voluciona by Intelcia ensures an ethical approach to enhancing the customer and employee experience.

This report, which has earned Intelcia several international awards, positions the group as a committed player, proving that it is possible to reconcile economic performance with social responsibility.
