Through this document, the group reaffirms its vision focused on economic excellence combined with a positive impact on its employees, communities, and the environment.
On the human side, Intelcia invests in the development of its talents through programs such as Intelcia Academy and Intelcia University. In 2023, each employee benefited from an average of 56 hours of training, including technical skills and topics related to well-being. The HIPO (High Potentials) program has also been launched to support high-potential employees towards strategic positions. Furthermore, Intelcia promotes equal opportunities, with 57% of women in its workforce, including 39% in top management, and initiatives strengthening the inclusion of people with disabilities.
The group also stands out for its commitment to local communities, with 4,400 employees mobilized in 74 community projects in 2023, reaching over 11,600 beneficiaries through donations, awareness campaigns, and training.
On the environmental side, Intelcia has undertaken measures to quantify its greenhouse gas emissions and commits to a low-carbon trajectory starting in 2024.
