Schneider Electric has inaugurated a training center in Casablanca, a first for the company in Morocco. Spanning 1,100 m², this center aims to train more than 1,000 trainees per year, whether they are Moroccan or international, to support the Kingdom’s energy and digital transition.

**Training focused on efficiency and innovation**

The center offers specialized programs in strategic areas such as energy efficiency, renewable energies, automation, and digital technologies of Industry 4.0. Through this training, Schneider Electric contributes to the skill enhancement of technicians, electricians, and maintenance managers, while accelerating the adoption of electrical and digital solutions in Morocco.

**A project aligned with national priorities**

This center is part of Morocco’s major strategic orientations, particularly sustainable development and industrial modernization. Schneider Electric collaborates with public authorities and local companies to strengthen the country’s industrial ecosystem and support its energy transition.

**A vision oriented towards the future**

According to Frédéric Godemel, Executive Vice President of Power Systems and Services, “the adoption of the electrical system 4.0, combining digital and electricity, is essential to build a more economical, sustainable, and resilient world. Our mission is to transfer skills and strengthen local expertise.”

    **Direct impact for Moroccan companies**

Moroccan companies will benefit from this training to reduce their energy costs, optimize their industrial processes, and design innovative products. These advancements will enable them to enhance their competitiveness in national and international markets, while supporting Morocco’s ambitions in renewable energies and industrial modernization.

This project embodies Schneider Electric’s commitment to supporting Morocco in its transition to a more sustainable and competitive energy future.
